EMO

“EMO”, everyones favourite bombastic word at the moment. And I thought it was just short form for the word EMOtional. I was wrong, VERY.

So I did my research. Oh Yes I did. The result I got from wikipedia was

“Emo is a somewhat ambiguous, controversial slang term most frequently used to describe a fashion or subculture which is usually defined to have its roots in punk fashion and subculture, as well as some attributes of gothic fashion and subculture“

EMO is a style. To malaysians, I’d say emo is more like a temporary feeling. Permanent to some lol. A typical conversation would go like :

Daniel : Hey why so sad wan? what happen?
Syabil : Shuddup la you. I no mood now.
Basil : Dun kacau him la. He emo now.

As you can see, the word “emo” which was used by “Syabil” meant he was probably sad, unhappy or unsatisfied with something. In my opinion, the word is totally overused. It’s getting to the point where it’s iritating and annoying.

Now, let’s talk about EMO people. Just like everyone else, EMO people have rights. That’s right. They (EMOPEOPLE) can do anything, me or you can do.
Yes, they can go shopping, have a nice meal and watch movies.
In fact, I actually know what their favourite movie is.

It’s “Finding EMO”.

Moving on.

Emo people have a very unique sense of fashion. Unique in a good way that is.
Tight, short sleeved shirts and oh-so shiny belts. Not forgeting a thick mop of hair covering their forehead. Wait, does hair count as fashion?
The very sexy, skinny jeans are usually worn by EMO people. I think they are fashionabally sexy. I think i spelled fashionabally wrong, but oh well.

And to those who wants be recruited into the EMO world but just don’t know where to start, I recommend going to a website that will definitly help you. The “HOW TO DRESS EMO” WEBSITE. CLiiiiiiICKY! *here*

Emo people can BE VERY VERY DANGEROES. YES *DANGEROUS*
Do you people watch “Heroes”? You know, the drama tv series?

Peter Petrelli is FUCKING scary. Yes. The fucking emo hero that absorbs powers of other heroes around him. I have proof. In this picture we can see how he is the cause of the end of the world =O
